Booking Conditions & Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that Body By Doctor acts solely as a third-party booking and promotional service. We do not provide medical treatments or procedures, and we do not sell physical products except for fajas.
Your deposit reserves your appointment only and is non-refundable. After booking, you will receive a Service Agreement, which must be signed and returned with a valid government-issued ID before your appointment is confirmed.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you are purchasing appointment booking services—not medical treatment or physical goods (except fajas).
All medical consultations, procedures, and patient care are provided exclusively by an independent licensed medical team.
Body By Doctor assumes no responsibility for the delivery or outcome of medical services.
